Our design process typically takes 1–2 weeks. During this time, you'll receive regular photo updates so you can follow the progress and request any adjustments along the way. We want to make sure the final design is exactly what you envisioned.
Design Fee:
We charge a one-time design fee of €35 for creating a custom patch design.
If you'd like us to create a design without producing the patch, the design fee is €55.
This is considerably more affordable than many other companies, where custom design fees can reach €150 or more.
Already have your own design? In that case, no design fee applies.
Please note: AI-generated artwork is not considered production-ready and is therefore not exempt from the design fee. Designs created in professional design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, or similar programs do qualify for the exemption.
