How do we work?

Design:

Every patch begins with your story.

And no, we don't just do aviation! The subject doesn't matter to us, your satisfaction does!

Share your idea with us: what inspires you, what matters most to you, and what you’d like to see reflected. We’ll turn it into a unique custom patch that perfectly captures your vision.

The design process usually takes 1–2 weeks. During this time, you’ll receive regular photo updates so you can follow the progress and request any adjustments along the way.

We charge a one-time design fee of €35,- for creating a custom patch. This is significantly more affordable than many other companies, where costs can go up to €150. Our goal is to keep it accessible while creating something truly special together. We listen carefully to your wishes and incorporate them into the new photo that we send to you.

Already have your own design? Then the design fee does not apply!

Delivery:

Once the design is approved, we’ll create a first sample patch and send you a photo for review. This gives you a clear idea of how the final product will look.
After you’ve approved the sample, we’ll begin full production. Delivery typically takes around 4 weeks from that point. Just like during the design process, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way!
Embroidery patches can be ordered in quantities of 25 or more. PVC patches can be ordered in quantities of 50 or more.

PVC Patches:

With a PVC design, things work a little differently. The patch is made of a kind of plastic, and a mold is made for this. You can choose to have certain parts of the PVC made in 3D. This creates a cool visual effect, and it really looks like your object is "popping" out of the patch.
