Design Fee

Our one-time design fee covers the creation of a custom patch design based on your ideas, sketches, or reference images. We work closely with you throughout the design process and make revisions based on your feedback until you're satisfied with the final design.

The design fee is €35 when your patches are produced by us. If you only require a design without ordering patches, the fee is €55.

If you already have a production-ready design created in professional design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, or similar programs, no design fee applies.

Please note that AI-generated artwork is not considered production-ready. If the design was created using AI tools, it usually requires additional preparation and adjustments before it can be manufactured, so the design fee still applies.
